Database Administrator
Open and Follow-up on Service Request tickets to quickly resolve problems.
Perform Production On-Call Support on rotational basis - including Off-Hours and Weekends.
Provide direction on database tuning and operations.
Collaborate with Data Architects on data modeling using tools such as E/R Studio.
Review packages before deployment.
Provide direction on database tuning and operations.
Provide support for database/application deployments.
Design, automate and document new processes to improve efficiency of database services.
Provide training in areas of specialization to other team members. Requirements License/Certification/Education: Normally requires a B.S. Degree in Computer Science with 10 years of experience in related field.
