Database DBA I
The DBA I, under general guidance, is responsible for maintaining high performance, high availability and business recovery planning of database environments across the organization. Responsible for installing database subsystems using industry best practices related to security, performance, and manageability. The DBA I is accountable for maintaining service level agreements as defined by IT Management. Resolve issues associated with Organizationsí databases by creating & installing fixes with vendors. Update, monitor and complete help desk tickets and projects.
Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesnít meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management. This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including Human Resources or Corporate Security, or can be reported through Associatedís anonymous Ethics Hotline.
