Minimum Qualifications:
-Systems analysis and data processing skills to translate manual operations to automated processes.
-5+ years of professional software development experience with a consistent track record of owning feature-level deliverables.
-Working knowledge of web-based, front end technologies (JavaScript/AJAX, jQuery, Bootstrap, React, TypeScript, ExtJS, and HTML, CSS, JSP).
-Experience with object-oriented design and coding including object oriented languages: Java, C#, C++.
-Knowledge with an understanding of modern software development techniques, agile methodologies, object-oriented design, continuous integration, and version control.
-Experience with web application development (Spring, Tomcat) and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
-Experience designing and implementing complex data-driven, multi-tier web applications which are performant and user-centric.
-Experience installing, configuring and maintaining SQL server databases.
-Knowledge of proper database modeling principles, including referential integrity and performance tuning; and database design, documentation and coding.
-Skills to develop and maintain stored procedures, views, and functions.
-Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively intreact and communicate with staff, contractors, managers and leadership.
-Problem solving and decision-making skills to establish priorities and complete multiple assignments to meet firm deadlines; to exercise a high degree of initiative, independence of action and originality; and be comfortable starting with ambiguity and refining to concrete solutions.
-Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and working in a process driven environment.
