Database Training Coordinator
Plan and coordinate a schedule of company and customer training classes, available online and in-person
Develop curriculum including all materials and marketing for classes
Deliver and instruct customer classes online and in-person
Manage revenue forecasts for training offerings and custom reporting
Instructing classes online and in-person
Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites for training delivery
Participate in active discussions on customer forums
Plan and execute future training opportunities, with a consideration for how to expand and improve all facets of the database servicing arena
Identify opportunities for automating training delivery
Scope and write custom Crystal reports and Tableau dashboards for ZOLL customers
Expertly navigate SQL Server reporting services
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Expertise with Database Reporting, including Strong knowledge of Crystal Reports, SQL, Relational Database, and Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with curriculum and training development and delivery
