Database Administrator
Design, install, monitor, maintain and performance tune production databases while ensuring high levels of data availability. Develop, implement and oversee database policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of databases and their accompanying software. Serve as the technical expert over complex database support activities.
Define data standards and models for database architecture. Work with business units to develop and implement complex querying and report solutions.
Analyze, design, develop and deploy SharePoint solutions such as enterprise content management, internal and external facing portals, custom business process workflows and business intelligence dashboards.
Required Skills
Knowledge of:
Microsoft network operating system and the Microsoft SQL database product set including SSIS and stored procedures.
Microsoft SQL Server – Advanced SQL Server operation, tuning, transaction log selection, backup and recovery, and maintenance planning.
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server and Visual Studio.
Crystal Reports reporting solution.
Adobe Photoshop software application.
Programming languages that include HTML, XML, JavaScript, VB Script, Visual Basic Dynamic HTML, Active Server Pages, .NET, Cascading Style Sheets, etc.
Basic project management concepts, tools, methods, and procedures.
