Database Systems Administrator
Database Management Responsibilities:
Assume responsibility for maintenance of complex database applications and further enhance existing functionality and/or address issues, as needed
Develop automation scripts, modules, macros, forms and reports using VBA for Access and Excel
Test & validate implemented data & logic using SQL for querying databases
Work within business team to provide automation solutions for recurring business reporting needs
Proactively identify automation opportunities
CRM Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance & make necessary daily modifications to CRM configurations
Manage lead ingestion, user administration, and territory management
Train and provide technical support for end users
Lead requirements sessions with business stakeholders to understand their needs
Create and manage a CRM roadmap of additional features
Design and develop custom solutions to support individual team activities
Work closely with internal stakeholders to conduct needs analysis and requirements gathering
Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help modules for end users
Requirements/Experience:
1-3 years of database administration & maintenance (Microsoft Access preferred)
Expertise in VBA including Excel, API calls, and consuming Web Services
Strong knowledge of SQL queries
Experience with CRMs (SugarCRM or SuiteCRM preferred)
Proven experience building and troubleshooting in database systems or Excel
PHP knowledge is a plus
Experience with MailChimp/Marketo or similar systems is a plus
Startup experience is a plus
4-year college degree in Computer Science or with a technical degree (preferred but not required)
