SQL Server DBA
Create solutions f or data to interconnect with the various diverse systems for now and future growth. Ensure data remains consistent across various databases and is defined clearly. Install, monitor, and maintain databases, ensuring high levels of data availability, recoverability, and security. Work with various departments, developing, maintaining and monitoring reports, and their data.
Provides administrative and strategic support to the Firm’s intranet which is based on the Microsoft SharePoint platform. Works with end users, leadership, marketing and the IT team in regards to the design, infrastructure and long term mission / purpose.
Collaborates with administrative teams and attorneys regarding technology needs and a ssists with the implementation or enhancements of databases and business management systems. Assists with strategic initiatives to integrate existing management systems and share data across multiple platforms. Supports product rollouts by developing documentation and ensuring end users are trained to be fully conversant with the software.
Strategic Reporting / Data Analytics
Supports Strategic Pricing and Analysis function. Generally involves creating ad hoc queries and reports to extract data not readily available through primary user interfaces of various firm systems. Develops financial and management reports using SQL queries and/or business intelligence tools based on specifications from the end user(s).
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Information Systems or related technology degree
Relational database experience in SQL through coursework or work experience
Exposure to SQL Server Reporting Services or other BI tools preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Enterprise Applications
Experience with the IntApp product suite is a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint through coursework or experience is a plus
Must work well in team environments
Must be able to work in a fast-paced and complex environment and work with confidential issues in a professional manner
