Lead configuration, testing, deployment and training of workflows and validations, working across the organization to implement content, functionalities and ensure efficiency and consistency. Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to effectively monitor data quality and integrity.

Proactively and continuously evaluate and address issues related to performance, stability, scalability and extensibility of the databases.

Manage updates on content, design and functionalities of the online affiliate network site in coordination with the programs team. Update Core Commerce and assist in data transition between databases. Perform a regular duplicate management and reporting process from Salesforce. Create, update and implement training modules and process documents as needed.

Systems and Technology

Direct resources and resolutions to support internal technology challenges. Manage outsourced technology implementation vendors


3-5 years of experience in systems and technology as an administrator with increasingly progressive responsibility; preferably in a nonprofit environment. Extensive experience with new media and evolving technologies, including website and html. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment with high standards. Must be detail-oriented with strong planning skills, good judgment and consistent follow through. Excellent customer service, management skills and problem solving capability. Show initiative and independence in carrying out job responsibilities. Team player with the ability to work with diverse groups. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Salesforce Administration Certification highly preferred. Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and identifying/implementing efficiencies.
