Senior Database Administrator
Develop database architecture for OLTP/OLAP applications; ensure data is normalized within/communicated between database applications; define/implement data applications such as Master Data and Enterprise Reference systems; develop/implement security across database systems; monitor database systems and identify/avoid system failures; participate in Data Cleansing projects; develop/support applications such as data integration/business intelligence; act as technical mentor to junior staff.
Job Requirements :
MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent and 3 years of experience in SQL database development/administration (in alternative, will accept BS and 5 years of experience); knowledge of OLTP, OLAP, Clustering/Mirroring/Replication, T-SQL, MS SQL Server Database Engine, MS SQL Server Reporting Services, MS SQL Server Analysis Services, MS SQL Server Integration Services, MS SharePoint, Windows Server Enterprise, MS Powershell, SQL Sentry, SQL LiteSpeed, C#, and the .Net Framework
