Database System Administrator
1. Liaison with third party providers to install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Banner database applications software and enterprise document management solution;
2. Provide customer-centric support with respect to database applications and enterprise document management for Banner and related systems; Act as the gatekeeper for production code promotion for programmers.
4. Create and maintain Banner user accounts and manage user and group security.
5. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional Suite automation and interoperability.
Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
Ability to develop, design, edit, and maintain websites.
Ability to prepare and deliver public presentations related to information technology.
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
