Database Administrator - SQL
Performs analytical, procedural, and diagnostic processes aimed at designing, implementing, documenting, and supporting information technologies. Provides multi-level support for implemented systems. Following project lifecycle methodology and responsible for multiple simultaneous information technology projects.
Designs and deploys new databases applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operating systems.
Gauges the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develops and implements strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
Designs and performs database and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
Designs, tests, implements and monitors databases and related servers in the enterprise systems.
Creates and maintains documentation as it relates to database system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.
Coordinates and performs in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.

Recommends and executes modifications to database and server environments in order to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.
Coordinates and collaborates with various Information Services departments to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of corporate database environments to meet business demands.
Develops strategies for databases and related component implementations and architect the infrastructure required to support those strategies.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience: 5 or more years related job experience, prior leadership of multiple teams within multiple projects, has develop truly new concepts or products.
