SQL Database Administrator
Primary focus will be working in SQL Server 2008 in a Windows Server environment. You will be working with SQL Functions, Stored Procedures, and complex T-SQL building custom reports for management as well as maintaining existing RDBMS’s. Additionally, you will be providing support for Windows 7 workstations, windows applications, and mobile computing devices.
Required Experience
Minimum of 3 years of related experience
Desired Skills
MIN 3+ years MS SQL Server development and solid understanding of RDBMS
SQL Server experience must include:
Complex T-SQL
Triggers
SQL Jobs / Scheduling
Stored Procedures
Indexing
Performance Tuning
Query Optimization
User Functions
Microsoft Excel
Workstation computer support (Windows 7, XP)
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to multi-task
Must be self motivated and manage work without direct supervision
* VMWARE or ASP.Net knowledge utilizing C# and/or VB a plus but not required
Required Education
BS or BA in related field
