Data Analyst/Database Administrator
This position is a client facing role working closely with customers to understand, define, and produce quality reporting requirements including prototypes.
Once requirements are defined and approved, the position is responsible for analyzing data and developing analytic reporting/data submission solutions.
These solutions are utilized for in-depth evaluation and support of business decisions and processes related to quality measures throughout the hospital.
4-year degree in Business Management or Information Systems or equivalent in work experience.
Must have 3+ years in database management, development, design and report development.
MS SQL, Reporting Services and/or Crystal required. Familiarity with Epic Reporting Workbench beneficial.
Health care experience and knowledge of Epic data models is also required and holding an Epic certification is preferred.
Expertise, knowledge and experience related to Meaningful Use and Core Measure requirements is required.
Expertise, knowledge and experience of other hospital “quality” standards also preferred.
