Junior - Mid Level MS SQL DBA
Creates applications to perform data cleansing, data conversion, and data loading.
o Shares responsibility for the support, maintenance, and optimization of large databases.
o Responsible for troubleshooting and resolution of database issues by working closely with the Application Support team.
o Involved in the design and analysis of database tables and database solutions.
o Assists the application support team by demonstrating superior knowledge of transact SQL.
o Responsible for adhering to all departmental and team policies for design, development, testing and deployment of solutions.
o Creates effective documentation for developed solutions.
o Create and maintain database replication instance
o BS in Computer Science/related field or equivalent experience.
o Minimum 2+ years of SQL Server experience.
o SQL Server 2000 \ SQL Server 2005 \ SQL Server 2008, Query Analyzer, Stored Procedures/Functions
o DTS (Microsoft Integration Services), SSIS
o Replication Servers, Transactional and Snapshot.
o Database Optimization in a Microsoft SQL Server environment.
o Database Support in a Microsoft SQL Server environment.
o Experience refreshing Development and QA databases from production instances.
o Experience in the following languages: Microsoft VB.NET 2003, 2005, T-SQL
o Microsoft Reporting Services
o CRM Experience preferable
