DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR
Job Duties:
• Data Analysis, Migration and Management
• Database Development/Reporting
• Design/Modeling
• Implementation
• Administration/Support
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Data administration experience, typically 1-3 years.
Working knowledge of database development tools.
Working knowledge of relational databases.
Accuracy and attention to detail, as demonstrated at the extensive proficiency level.
Working experience with data mining.
Basic knowledge of data warehousing.
Effective communications, both written and verbal, as demonstrated at the extensive proficiency level.
Extensive experience with query and database access tools.
Bachelor’s Degree in math, accounting or computer science is highly desirable.
Working knowledge of database backup and migration.
Working knowledge of the application delivery process.
Experience with higher education data landscapes
