Person will be Clerk and database administrator within work control unit. Coordinate and perform multiple tasks relating to filing, data entry, reporting, and clerical functions
Perform routine but varied clerical duties in accordance with standard procedures. Maintain records and data bases, prepare forms, verify information, and resolve problems
Assist Planner/Scheduler with work coordination, planning, material procurement and reporting
Operate electronic data processing equipment and computer software relative to work being performed.
Generate charts, graphs, and reporting documents.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of job-related experience.
Requires excellent knowledge of computer operating software programs
