Education Required: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
This motivated team player will be a well-rounded, detail oriented, innovative, and driven problem solver that will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes, experience and skills:
• 3+ years of SAP Business Objects development experience, or parallel Business Intelligence tool development
• Detailed knowledge of SQL as applied through development experience on enterprise DBMS systems such as Oracle and SQL Server
• Experience with and knowledge of SAP and Siebel data processes and data structures
• Experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management development
• Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Access and Excel, preferably with VBA development experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of data warehousing practices and constructs
• Reporting against SAP BW and SAP HANA experience a major plus
• Ability to analyze complex business challenges and data requirements and solve these requirements by the delivery of effective reporting solutions and KPIs.
• Ability to interface with departmental and executive management in a professional manner while building requirements and rolling out solutions
• Ability to produce clear and concise documentation of processes and requirements
• Understanding of and adherence to best of class report development practices
• Project management experience, running small to medium level IT projects a plus
