Database Administrator
* Desigining, installing, maintaining and upgrading the enterprise's production databases.
* Providing technical expertise in the use of database technology.
* Accoutable for the overall performance of the enterprise's database environment
* Working closely with clients, business analysts, systems programmers, and application developers to define and resolve information flow and content issues
* Helping to tranform business requirements into environment specific databases
* Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and allocates database resources to achieve optimum database performance.
* Job requires 24/7 production database administration.
* 6 years of experience in Database administration.
* Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related field is required.
* Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services, Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services, Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, Microsoft Windows 7/vista/XP/2000 Expert in TSQL, VB.net, and Microsoft office Tools
