Database Engineer
* Convert business requirements into data models and technical specifications as part of a small SCRUM team
* Implement specifications by creating tables, views, stored procedures, jobs, SSIS packages, CLR functions, etc
* Perform peer code reviews to increase overall team quality
* Communicate ideas and suggestions to other team members
* BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related field
* Ability to model requirements and implement standard schema elements (tables, stored procedures, etc.)
* At least two (2) years of experience with database programming in Microsoft SQL Server (2008+ preferred)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to quickly become proficient in new technical skills
* Ability to think independently, take ownership of ongoing projects, critically analyze business requirements and suggest improvements
