Database Applications Engineer
You will be responsible for a variety of database software engineering tasks, including analysis, relational and document database schema design, entity model development to support the needs of internet-based applications and systems using Microsoft technologies.
The successful candidate will possess the following key attributes:
· Tertiary degree in Computer Science, Electric Engineering or similar field
· Extensive experience with MS C# and .NET related technologies
· Experience with MS SQL Server programming and Entity Framework based development
· Experience with No SQL MongoDB is very beneficial
· Strong application/system analysis and design skills, creative problem solving ability
· A strong focus on delivering value to customers using an agile development process
· Excellent English communication ability
· A motivated team player with a high degree of initiative, focus, flexibility and drive
· Past experience designing or developing for high-transaction rate enterprise systems is highly desirable
· GIS and Geospatial application experience is beneficial
Required Skills – SQL Server, C#.NET, ETL and RDBMS design
Beneficial Skills – MongoDB, Entity Framework, Power Shell, Data Warehouse design
