Senior Oracle Database Developer - PL/SQL
* Primarily responsible for performance monitoring and tuning of Oracle 11g databases.
* Reviews and optimal tunes for performance moderately complex to complex PL/SQL code.
* Designs database packages and procedures.
* Provides support and assistance to development teams for the design, development, testing, tuning and deployment of Oracle database applications.
* Creates and maintains moderately complex to complex PL/SQL queries and routines.
* Documented development experience using PL/SQL
* OBIEE experience is highly desired and preferred
* Strong familiarity with Oracle relational database management system and utilities
* Strong familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the area of database administration
* Ability to work independently or under only general direction
* Ability to multi-task, be extremely organized, work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and be very detail oriented
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* 10+ years hands on experience with Oracle database applications develop using Oracle Packages, Stored Procedures, and Functions on Sun Unix or Linux
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
