Database Administrator
1. Microsoft SQL Server DBA experience.
2. B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. Additional DBA experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements. A commitment to maintaining proficiency with the latest database technologies is required.
3. Knowledge of SQL Server database system (2005, 2008 & 2008/R2) and included tools.
4. Experience in performance tuning and optimization using native and third-party monitoring and troubleshooting tool is preferred.
5. Experience in Transact-SQL, writing stored procedures, functions, triggers, etc.
6. Experience in designing and implementing operational automation tasks across SQL Server environments.
7. Basic knowledge of Windows Server OS including Active Directory and disk configuration.
