Manager, Information Technology (Database Administration)
Manages a team of Database Administrators and delivers technology solutions in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Responsible for technical leadership, project planning, and management duties necessary to develop staff and deploy technical solutions meeting the needs of the business.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's in Computer Science or related area
* 4 years experience in people management
* Database Adminstration skills in SQL Server and/or Oracle
* Or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provide the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Demonstrated leadership skills
* Client focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
* Must be able to multi task and pay close attention to detail
* Excellent people management skills
