Database Administrator
This project is to provide one (1) full-time Remote DBA for 6 months to optimize and maintain four databases on two servers. The DBA will be required to automate database backups, create a backup restoration script, size and maintain databases, implement user security, review and optimize queries, functions and processes and consult on and implement replication. We will also require documentation on the backup, restoration and replication processes as well as updated formal diagrams of the data structure. The DBA is expected to be accessible via web chat, email and phone during the regular business hours as well as remain available for emergency situations after hours.
