Data Administrator IV OR V
Bachelors degree plus two years of relevant experience. Experience must have included SQL database management.
Bachelors degree in computer science or a closely-related field; coursework or experience in statistics, biology, and genetics. For Data Administrator 5, experience with user training and personal health information security preferred.
Responsible for SQL database management and data integrity. The incumbent will assure the security of data and applications; manage very large datasets, ranging from protected sensitive clinical information to complex DNA sequence data; backup and protect data; train users; modify databases and applications as required; work collaboratively with scientific colleagues; and other duties as assigned. The Data Administrator 5 will take full responsibility for security of clinical data at HIPAA-equivalent level and train database users
