Oracle Financials Application Lead
A
Lead sessions with internal customers and business systems analysts to develop, document and refine requirements. Build appropriate times lines and coordinates cross functional teams. Guide them through the process and help them understand what solutions are possible and are most advantageous.
Translate business requirements into technical design specifications that might cross application lines and require integration.
Utilize applicable application configuration and development toolsets to build, configure and/or test solutions that follow design specification and meet business requirements
Develop solutions that adhere to a strict level of security. Customer and company data must be protected at all times and appropriate coding or configuration should be followed to protect security of data.
Must be able to work under minimal supervision and assists other Sr. and Application Engineers with task management.
Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies including but not limited to business requirements documentation, design documentation, and testing documentation.
8+ years of intensive experience in Oracle ERP applications 11i E-Business
Lead user sessions for requirement and testing.
Guides technical team in the development reports, conversions, interfaces and extensions for Oracle Applications.
Understand and modifies the Application Configuration as required (includes system setups, flex-fields, workflow builder, custom library, profile options etc.).
Create test plans, test cases, test scripts and performs functional testing.
Create and maintain system documentation.
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience
