Senior Database Administrator - Oracle
Establish quality procedures for in-house use. Establish and supervise troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures within development and application support environments for optimal performance. Design, develop, and maintain databases. Provide operational and maintenance support to several existing systems. Handle performance issues, data replication, indexing and data integrity problems. Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree and a minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive experience with database tools and utilities on both Windows NT and UNIX platforms. Ability to implement database security, perform tuning and monitoring, and create backup policies and procedures. Prefer software development experience with Oracle PL/SQL,
