ORACLE DBA - SUPPORT ENGINEER
• Resolve customer messages at the Primary Support level for the releases shipped to customers globally.
• Continuous improvement and optimization of support activities.
• Co-ordinate with IMS / Development Support if there is product bug, or if the issues are critical which cannot be resolved at Primary Support level.
• Providing feedback to IMS / Development teams to be incorporated in higher releases
• Knowledge of Oracle Database as a DBA supporting customers productive systems
• Installation / Upgrade of Oracle Database
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
•
2 to 4 years work Experience.
