Database Engineer
• Working with management and co-workers to determine system level requirements.
• Working with users to understand needs and then create customizations, queries, reports and data integrity rules to make the user experience more in tune with our business model.
• Implementing, stabilizing and tailoring additional functionality of the ERP solution (those functions not included in the first phase of the implementation).
• Coding user interface applications that access the ERP solution to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of test and audit procedures ensuring seamless implementation of changes and assurance of accurate operations.
• Assisting users with improving data entry efficiency.
• Providing user support for the ERP solution.
Qualifications
• BSCS with 5+ years experience (or equivalent) in related field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Must be a problem solver
• Must be a self-starter
