SQL Data Analyst
* Diagnose and process operational data requests;
* Determine how new systems or system enhancements may improve process flow and business function;
* Design, code, test and debug business logic for software applications using Transact-SQL according to the defined technical specifications;
* Continually evaluate Microsoft T-SQL procedure performance and enhance the performance as required;
* Manage the extraction, transformation, and population of data files and databases (MS SQL Server, Excel, Access);
* Develop solutions to complex software design issues during the product development cycle, keeping in mind scope limitations and the impact of other integrated products;
* BS or equivalent degree in computer sciences, software design, engineering, information systems, related field or comparable experience;
* 3 to 5 year minimum experience developing database projects using Transact-SQL on SQL Server 2000/2005/2008;
* Proficient at Transact-SQL query and stored procedure development;
* Experience using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for ETL and process automation;
* Experience using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for report generation and automation;
* Strong analysis, design, coding and testing skills required;
* Ability to manage and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
* Ability to multitask and maintain the highest level quality of work;
* Professionally skilled in personal presentation, verbal, and written communication; Excellent writing, documentation, and communication skills;
* Personal characteristics include: self motivated, thorough, articulate, detail-oriented, creative, personable, and team-player; and
* .NET development experience a plus.
