Skills:
Good hands on experience on Oracle 10g, 9i, 8i, 7.3.4 database administration on HP-UX
Good knowledge on interface set up
Knowledge on Oracle Application Server administration .
requirements of this role:
Administration activities for almost all versions of Oracle database
Quickly respond, troubleshoot and implement resolutions for customer’s system issues
User management, Policy Management, Identity Management
Take care of troubleshooting and diagnosis to find root cause of incident
Escalate the incident to Customer’s internal point of contact when an incident has a serious business/image impact
Should be to meet the given SLAs and response times as defined for customer to customer
Should be able to advise Customer on proper preventive maintenance and proactive support tasks for this workspace
Create, maintain and optimize standard operating procedures and requests for change.
