DBA - Developer
1. Responsible for ensuring availability and performance of the databases. This will include 24x7 on call support as required.
2. Proactively monitor the database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime.
3. Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving of SQL development.
4. Perform the configuration and setup of databases and maintain the database performance criteria.
5. Create stored procedures and triggers and to assist the application developers with the development of optimum SQL applications.
6. Perform and manage incoming and outgoing data aggregation feeds.
7. Assist with application development projects.
Must Have Skills:
1. Database Administrator with MySQL, PostgreSQL and Linux experience. (2+ years)
2. Experience with large databases and commercial web sites
3. Thorough understanding of working with "data" such as data manipulation, data aggregation, data processing, or related.
4. Web development skills: PHP, HTML and JavaScript libraries such as jQuery
