Production DBA
DBA experience with 10gR2, including ASM and RAC.
Experience with production systems.
Required for on call weekend rotation and some weekend application releases.
Database monitoring.
Oracle database tuning and management.
RMAN backup and recovery.
Competent UNIX and Linux skills.
Experience with Oracle Application Server
Experience with OBIEE.
Experience with Database Appliance.
System Administration exposure.
Installation and configuration of database systems.
Creating and implementing backup schedules in a our environment.
Understanding database statistics and collection in a our environment.
Ongoing database maintenance.
Identifying and resolving issues, including liaising with developers for resolution.
Shell scripting.
