Database Engineer
* 5+ years experience working with Oracle RDBMS
* Must have exceptional SQL and PL/SQL scripting skills
* Experience working with Oracle 10g and 11g
* Experience in Partitioning design
* Experience working with Index Oriented Tables
* Experience working with Materialized Views
* Experience in Database Performance Tuning, at the schema level and code/SQL level
* Experience in debugging database performance problems remotely (with limited direct access to the production database)
* Must be proficient in Unix, able to work in predominately Unix environments and have Unix shell scripting ability
* Must have Data modeling experience
* Thorough understanding of application development lifecycle
* Detail oriented, strong analytical skills and resourceful in issue resolution
* Be driven to become the go-to person on the team Someone that is motivated to help others
* Someone that enjoys solving puzzles and riddles Excellent oral/written communication skills (yes, we really mean this!)
* Be really, really smart and self-driven
