Database Developer
Looking for a highly motivated Database Developer interested in pursuing a career in database development and administration. You should have a background in computer programming, understand simple and complex data types, be flexible to changing priorities, and be effective working in a team environment.
This role will assist and support the database administrator: review project designs; optimize T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, and queries; and complete ad-hoc reports and requests as needed.
Ideal candidate will have:
• Strong skills in SQL Server 2005 (2000 or 2008/R2 okay)
• Effective interpersonal and time management skills
• Bachelors degree in computer science
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as ASP, VB, C++, C#
• Experience in reporting tools and accounting terminology a plus
