PostgreSQL Database Developer
Duties: This position will be involved in the design, development and maintenance of successful corporate production databases as well as the setup and maintenance of end-user data analysis tools. This is a junior-level position for a database engineer who is experienced and proficient in a Linux/Unix environment. More specifically, the environment is PostgreSQL running under Ubuntu. In addition to supporting a Data Warehousing environment, there will also be support of databases used by Apache/PHP web applications. This position reports directly to the Senior Data Architect.
