DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR
Seeks Database Administrator to serve as Primary admin for 200 production data servers & 30 replication servers using Sybase Adaptive Server & Replication Server 12.x/15.x. Configuration using HPOV & Remedy, install, maint & issue resolution. Use Sybase IQ 12.x as data warehousing platform. Disaster recovery testing on weekends; oncall support after hrs & weekends.
Reqs: Bach in Comp. Sci. and 7 yrs post-bacc, progressive exp. Req min 6 yrs exp w/Sybase Adaptive Server & Sybase Replication Server. Req exp w/Sybase IQ, Unix & Perl scripting, DB Artisan & Autosys.
