Oracle Program Manager

The Oracle Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading continuous improvement projects on the Oracle ERP platform that improve Industrial Scientific’s quality, efficiency, and profitability. This position is a key bridge between the business process owners and the information technology function within the company.

Primary duties of the OPM include: · Prioritizing break/fix, system enhancement, and new implementation projects · Leading change control processes within the company · Assisting business process owners with communications on system enhancements across the global organization · Translating the needs of the business into tangible, prioritized projects · Assisting business process owners with plans to continuously generate return on investment in the system · Leading the transition of ownership from IT to the functions

Qualifications: · B.S. degree in computer science, MIS or comparable field · Fundamental understanding of Oracle; at least two years of direct Oracle experience · Strong knowledge of broad business processes and demonstrated ability to learn a company’s unique processes quickly · Outstanding communication and planning skills, the ability to work across cultures, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
