Oracle EBS Application Admin Lead
Principal Duties and Essential Functions:
· Lead Oracle EBS Application Admin team, responsible for overall performance and execution of task
· Prepare and maintain post-install/post-clone instructions, and application lockdown procedures
· Prepare and maintain user/role creation and management procedures
· Prepare and maintain security audit configuration and review procedures
· Prepare and maintain maintenance procedures for application administration area of the applications Prepare and maintain troubleshooting procedures for application administration area of the applications
· Create user application accounts, assign responsibilities to users, disable responsibilities assigned to users, disable/lock user application accounts, and reset user application account passwords
· Create printers queues, concurrent managers, assign programs to concurrent managers, define concurrent manager work schedules, create system-wide concurrent request, create system-wide repeating concurrent requests, and purge concurrent manager logs
· Create custom menus and assign functions & forms to menus
· Create custom profile options and update profile options
Required Qualifications:
Requires bachelor's degree (in Computer Science, Math, Electrical Engineering or related field) or equivalent and ten to twelve years of related experience.
· 3 year experience in specific enterprise applications
· 7 year or more years of application architecture and/or product development experience
· Experience as a lead application administrator supporting large, enterprise deployments of multiple instances of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
· Experience in creating/maintaining roles and customizing privileges across multiple Oracle components
· Skills in troubleshooting user access and role type issues and workflows
· Experience designing and creating comprehensive application deployment design and build documentation
· Experience designing and creating operations documentation (e.g., standard operations processes, preventative maintenance procedures)
Experience working with SQL and Oracle PL/SQL languages to accomplish administrative tasks
