Senior SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA)

Responsibilities: We have an opening for a Sr. Database Administrator. Responsibilities include capacity and disaster recovery planning, troubleshooting, performance tuning, replication, log shipping, data modeling, and production on-call support. Qualified candidate will work with the latest SQL technologies including: MS SQL 2005, Reporting Services, Analysis Services, Transactional and Merge Replication, iSCSI SAN Storage, Hardware Clustering, R+D of High Availability Solutions, support application development, data conversions using SSIS/DTS and performance monitoring tools.

Qualifications: Position requires BS or MS degree in computer science or related field. Candidates must have excellent problem-solving skills, be self-motivated and results-oriented. Candidate must have 5+ years of SQL Server database experience supporting multiple production servers in a fast paced environment. Candidates must have excellent communication skills.
