MySQL Database Developer
What you will be doing in the role:
* Implement database solution using MySql 5 or any relational database
* Physical Data Modeling
* Database Performance Tuning and Optimization
* Design of data access layer using stored procedures
* Troubleshoot, fix and test bugs
Skills and experience you should bring to the table:
* BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent (a must have!)
* Solid experience with relational database schema design and development in production environment
* Experience with large data sets
* 3 years experience developing and supporting large, complex database applications in a N-tier environment
* Ability to perform SQL query development and optimization (functions, triggers and views, stored procedures) with minimal supervision
* Collaborative, well organized and ability to thrive in a team environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and creativity
* Strong communication skills
