CREATE OR REPLACE PROCEDURE HR.HELLO AS BEGIN DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE('Hello world!'); DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE('Welcome to PL/SQL!'); END;
Click the Compile icon. The procedure is created.
