Describe the JOB statement, its meaning, syntax and significant keywords?

The JOB statement is the first in a JCL stream. Its format is // jobname, keyword JOB, accounting information in brackets and keywords, MSGCLASS, MSGLEVEL, NOTIFY, CLASS. etc.
