Engineering Interview in Technical Round: How would you develop yourself in this type of Structural Engineer role?
Try not to start with your academic qualification as the interviewer(s) would already know it. Start with things that you have discovered from the job profile, company website and other necessary source. Talk about your perception and your approach to satisfy the requirement in view to your work experience and/or academic qualifications. You may also highlight things like the additional research and training you are taking or have already undergone for this profile. This would go down well with the interviewer(s) and would bring out your dedication and professional attitude.
