A

SUBTIME(time, expr) is a MySQL built-in function that subtracts a time interval from a given date or time value. For example:

SELECT SUBTIME('2022-03-01 23:59:59.999999','1 1:1:1.000002');
  -- +--------------------------------------------------------+
  -- | SUBTIME('2022-03-01 23:59:59.999999','1 1:1:1.000002') |
  -- +--------------------------------------------------------+
  -- | 2022-02-28 22:58:58.999997                             |
  -- +--------------------------------------------------------+

SELECT SUBTIME('01:00:00.999999', '02:00:00.999998');
  -- +-----------------------------------------------+
  -- | SUBTIME('01:00:00.999999', '02:00:00.999998') |
  -- +-----------------------------------------------+
  -- | -00:59:59.999999                              |
  -- +-----------------------------------------------+
